01. This is my first photoshoot. What should I know?
No problem at all! We're here to walk you through every step. We'll help with posing, outfit suggestions, and making sure you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. To get started, choose a package and head to our booking form to fill out the necessary information. We'll follow up within 24-48 hours.
02. What is your turnaround time for photos and videos?
Our typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days for photo galleries and 7-10 business days for video content. If you need a rush delivery, just let us know. Expedited editing is available for an additional fee.
03. When is payment due for a shoot?
We require either full payment or a 30% deposit to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the shoot. This ensures that your time slot is reserved and that we’re fully prepared to bring your vision to life. All payments are made securely through our invoicing system via email.
04. What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If you need to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’re happy to move your session to another available date. For outdoor shoots, we keep a close eye on the forecast — if the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, but your deposit can be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 30 days.
